Planting Day

Join us at Bodiford Park for Planting Day with City of Apalachicola Parks & Recreation. We'll be planting native trees and plants together, and we're providing the trees, plants, food and beverages. Just come in clothes that you can dirty and have fun. Native plants are at the heart of everything we do. Every tree and plant that goes in the ground belongs right here in North Florida, feeds our local pollinators, and helps keep Apalachicola beautiful. Franklin County School students, come get your volunteer hours! It’s going to be a fun day in nature AND you can fulfill your graduation obligations. All ages are welcome. Bring your family, bring a friend, but most importantly bring your enthusiasm. For more information, email contact@nativeflorasociety.org
